« Au commencement était le Verbe ». Il prit ensuite la forme d’une image.
Depuis le mythe de Babel, les langues n’ont cessé de dériver les unes des autres ; à travers cet atelier en français, en anglais et en polonais, les visiteurs sont conviés à franchir les barrières de la langue. Sera présentée une sélection d’œuvres visuelles – gothiques et contemporaines – comportant des mots, gravés ou peints, afin d’échanger sur l’usage et la signification de l’écrit en image. Pour clôturer l’activité, un atelier d’écriture créative sera proposé aux visiteurs.

[EN] Linguistic workshop in French, English and Polish, hosted by Antoine Longequeue
“In the beginning was the Word”. It then took the shape of a picture.
Since the Tower of Babel languages have never stopped deriving from one another; through this workshop in French, English and Polish visitors are invited to cross the border of languages. A selection of visual artworks, whether gothic or contemporary, with engraved or painted words will be presented in order to discuss their use and meaning in pictures. At the end of this activity visitors will take part in a creative writing workshop.

„Na początku było Słowo”. Następnie przyjęło formę obrazu.
Od opowieści o Wieży Babel języki nieustannie wywodziły się jeden z drugiego. Podczas warsztatów prowadzonych w języku francuskim, angielskim i polskim zapraszamy zwiedzających do przekraczania barier językowych. Zaprezentujemy wybrane dzieła sztuki – gotyckiej i współczesnej – zawierające w sobie wyryte lub namalowane słowa, by porozmawiać o ich zastosowaniu i znaczeniu na obrazach. Na zakończenie zajęć uczestnicy wezmą udział w warsztacie kreatywnego pisania.
Spotkanie w Pawilonie Czterech Kopuł we Wrocławiu, wstęp z biletem w cenie 20 zł.
