The eclecticism of different worlds, the experimentality of actions and the innovative form of expression – in other words – the National Museum in Wrocław opens the exhibition of works by Joanna Hawrot, the distinguished Polish fashion designer, costume designer and visual artist. This is the first such large exhibition of the artist, combining the worlds of fashion, art and design.
The exhibition, staged on 370 square metres in the scenography created by Hawrot with 1800 metres of fabric, showcases her collections of kimonos inspired by works of the following artists: Maurycy Gomulicki, Sonia Hensler, Angelika Markul, Wojciech Ireneusz Sobczyk, and Honza Zamojski.
