What is the attitude of the present inhabitants of Wrocław and Szczecin to the pre-war heritage of their cities? Are there any pre-war objects in their immediate surroundings? How did they get there? What is their place in the hierarchy of things?
This exhibition attempts to answer such questions. It showcases photographs taken by Łukasz Skąpski, as well as items on loan from private residents of Wrocław and Szczecin. The other element of the exhibition are extracts from interviews conducted during the ethnographic-artistic project in 2019–2022 in both cities.
